3/8" 5086-H116 marine-grade aluminum sheets are used for the internally reinforced, high-stress resistant transom plates. A 1/2" total thickness sandwich structure is used for the engine mounting plate, 5086-H116 aluminum for the rest of the extra-rigid yet lightweight CAD, CAE & CAM-built structure.

FEA & real-world tested to meet and exceed the latest ABYC TH-12-7/22 U.S. marine industry standards. We engineer all of our brackets to withstand the rigors of off-shore heavy-duty use, and then some.
