Six-Hole Oblong Countersunk Pad with Center Passthrough

Precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum oblong countersunk pad with six 5/16" countersunk holes and a 1.5" center passthrough for cable and hose routing. Designed to pair specifically with SKU 0100 (matching backing plate) in a sandwich assembly — the screw enters through this countersunk pad and passes through the mounting surface, and nuts thread onto the fastener behind the backing plate to lock the assembly. Commonly used on top or through the side of a deck pedestal, as well as through the fiberglass skin of a hardtop or T-top. Countersunk holes match the same bolt-circle pattern as SKU 0100 for perfect alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a countersunk pad with center passthrough?
A countersunk pad has angled (countersunk) holes that allow screw heads to sit flush with the pad surface for a clean finish on fiberglass deck surfaces. The 1.5" center passthrough accommodates cables, hoses, and wiring routing.

How does the sandwich assembly work?
The screw enters through this countersunk pad and passes through the mounting surface — whether on top of a pedestal, through the side of a pedestal, or through the fiberglass skin of a hardtop or T-top — and nuts thread onto the fastener behind SKU 0100 (matching backing plate) to lock the assembly. They share the same bolt-circle pattern for perfect alignment.

What size fasteners do I need?
The six countersunk holes are 5/16" diameter, sized for 1/4" fasteners. Use 1/4"-20 stainless hardware for best results.
