Maximize your offshore endurance and eliminate fuel system vulnerability with custom-engineered Jupiter 31 Cuddy Port and Starboard OEM replacement marine fuel tanks (105 gallons each). Built to permanently resolve the corrosion and stress issues common to aging original saddle cells, this matching pair is precision-fabricated by Welding World from heavy-gauge .250-thickness marine-grade 5052-H32 aluminum—delivering twice the structural strength of standard factory builds. Custom-contoured to match the exact hull deadrise geometries of your Jupiter 31's port and starboard outboard stringer bays, these cells feature internal anti-slosh baffling, heavy-duty mounting tabs, and complete encapsulation in a thick black TarGard epoxy coating to resist saltwater pitting in tight bilge environments. Built in accordance with strict USCG, ABYC, and NMMA standards and pressure-tested in-house, these matching 105-gallon tanks ship fully equipped with high-flow brass pickups, electronic sending units, and heavy-duty fill and vent fittings, guaranteeing a 100% direct drop-in fit for a seamless refit.
