The Radiant Marine 20 OEM Replacement Fuel Tank (45 Gal) by Welding World is a masterfully engineered marine fuel cell designed to restore the factory-spec range, fuel system safety, and overall structural integrity of your classic 1991 hull. Precision-fabricated from heavy-gauge marine-grade 5052-H32 aluminum, this rugged replacement belly tank mirrors the original manufacturer footprint exactly to ensure a guaranteed 100% drop-in fit inside the center-line bilge cavity. To withstand decades of harsh saltwater exposure and eliminate the threat of pitting or crevice corrosion from stagnant bilge water, the entire structural tank body is completely encapsulated in a premium, anti-corrosive, textured black TarGard epoxy coating. Internally, advanced baffle networks eliminate fuel sloshing to maintain consistent weight distribution and continuous, un-aerated fuel flow to your engine during rapid acceleration or heavy chops. The flat top deck arrives fully pre-plumbed with heavy-duty mechanical hardware, featuring a precision-welded 90-degree fuel fill neck, an integrated tank ventilation line, a high-flow brass 90-degree fuel pickup elbow, and a pre-installed electronic fuel level sending unit ready to wire directly to your existing dashboard gauges. Built to satisfy or exceed all stringent NMMA, ABYC, and USCG safety specifications, this professional-grade tournament-ready fuel tank delivers an uncompromised, long-term solution for your classic vessel restoration.
