D-4 3.5" x 2.5" Internal D-Pipe Screw Pad V.2 for Aluminum D-Pipes This versatile, internal screw pad is engineered for securely mounting your D-4 size aluminum D-pipe from within, providing a flush and clean exterior finish for attaching to boat T-tops, tuna towers, fiberglass pedestals / gunwales, or custom seating. This geometry is time-tested and evolved through a multi-year process in heavy production environments within our own shop, making it incredibly robust. It's also versatile enough to use in a wide range of installation angles, and is very easy to trim to achieve precise positioning. Crafted from heavy-duty 1/2" thick 6061 series aluminum, this pad ensures robust internal support and exceptional corrosion resistance.
