The AquaSport 250CC 1984 OEM Replacement Fuel Tank by Welding World is precision-engineered to restore the long-range offshore capabilities and structural dependability of your classic center console. Masterfully fabricated from heavy-gauge, marine-grade 5052-H32 aluminum, this 118-gallon high-capacity fuel cell features a specialized hull-conforming profile designed to achieve a perfect, 100% drop-in fit within the vessel's factory bilge cavity. To eliminate the long-term threat of pitting, crevice corrosion, and harsh saltwater electrolysis, the entire exterior surface is fully encapsulated in a premium, anti-corrosive black TarGard epoxy coating. Inside the tank, a series of strategic internal flow-through baffle plates controls fuel sloshing to maintain optimal vessel stability and guarantee steady fuel delivery to your engines in rough water. The flat top deck arrives fully pre-plumbed with heavy-duty mechanical hardware, featuring a precision-machined fuel fill neck, a tank ventilation line pipe, an electronic fuel level sending unit, and a brass 90-degree fuel pickup elbow.
